Any jewelry purchases, ear piercing services, or appointments are completed directly at our clinic.

Due to the hygienic nature of body jewelry and piercing services:

• All piercing services are final and non-refundable.

Jewelry purchased in person cannot be returned or exchanged once it has left the clinic, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

• If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we can review your request.

• Appointment deposits, if applicable, are subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking,
